100% of this $30,000 goal is invested directly into the physical infrastructure and structural renovations of the property. This dedicated fund ensures the building is safe, energy-efficient, and fully modernized for our residents.
By focusing these funds entirely on the physical environment, we cover critical property updates, including:
Modern Climate & Efficiency: Upgrading to energy-efficient heating and cooling systems, paired with premium thermal insulation to ensure year-round comfort and sustainable utility costs.
Structural Safety & Security: Funding vital interior and exterior updates, including secure modern windows, updated electrical wiring, and durable new flooring throughout the living spaces.
Critical Property Renovations: Maintaining a flexible reserve to address immediate construction needs, structural repairs, and layout improvements as we prepare the building for occupancy.
Note: Immediate personal essentials, such as resident move-in packages and day-one starter kits, are funded separately so that every dollar of this specific campaign goes straight into the physical foundation of our veterans’ homes.
