We are a lean, focused team of action-takers who look at aging, underutilized community properties and see an opportunity to build something lasting.
Our Origin Story
The idea for VetsTown started when we looked at two distinct problems in our communities: historic or aging apartment buildings falling into disrepair, and veterans returning home without a stable, modern place to live. We realized we could solve both. By acquiring these properties and taking on the physical renovations ourselves, we convert outdated spaces into high-quality, energy-efficient environments where veterans can thrive.
