We are actively revitalizing our premier multi-family property at 436-438 N 4th Street. This historic brick building is being completely overhauled into eight modern, dignified, permanent apartment homes for local veterans. Your donations directly bridge the gap between historic blight and structural renewal.

Every dollar you give directly builds a safer, warmer home for our veterans. 100% of community donations fund vital infrastructure: premium insulation, modern wiring, secure windows, and climate control.
Long Term & Emergency Housing
All eight of our renovated apartments are exclusively for veterans. Seven units utilize specialized HUD vouchers to provide permanent, stable homes. The eighth unit is reserved strictly for short-term emergency stays—funded 100% by donations.
